LIFE SAVING CONCEPTS EVERY CHILD CAN LEARN
Too many martial arts schools focus on learning and repeating kata (patterns), endless meditation, or require too many acrobatic and complicated techniques. For what? To win competitions? Krav Maga is NOT a martial art but rather a complete and integrated system of practical and pragmatic self-defense that is NO nonsense, NO dogma, and NO acrobatics.
Teachers and parents worry about what a child could realistically do against a much larger (perhaps even an adult) aggressor or a group of large bullies. But children need realistic solutions to real-world threats. We believe that nothing is more important than empowering kids with the knowledge to know what to do in the face of bullying, physical assault or other dangerous situations where their safety is threatened.
Krav Maga teaches kids what to do in the worst possible situations imaginable and our talented instructors are more than just amazing Kravists, they’re true educators who will teach your children how to:
- Recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations.
- Utilize practical and easily-applied tactics to escape a much larger aggressor.
- Handle various scenarios ranging from bullying to abduction.
- Defend themselves in a vehicle, on the ground or when lifted off their feet.
- Code Red training.
- Remember vital details and life-saving information.
Your children will also learn essential verbal self-defense skills used to prevent and address bullying:
- Being confident in the face of bullying.
- Diffusing verbal conflict.
- Effectively reporting bullying.
- Speaking up for themselves and other victims.
- Dealing with feelings that arise from bullying.
-
Building up their self-confidence and projecting it to the world.
-
Improving social skills.

I started my daughter in these classes when she was in kindergarten. I’m so happy with how much she has learned and how much her confidence has skyrocketed! The instructors are so knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t be any happier than we found this class!
