Teen & Adult Krav Maga (12+)
What other martial arts schools take years teaching you, we can teach you in half the time! We strip away the excess and use every minute of class to teach you only what you NEED to know to survive. Our Krav Maga programs will train you for the real world. Krav Maga training is for everyone – regardless of age, level of experience, or fitness level. We want ANYONE and EVERYONE to be able to get home safe regardless of what threat arises.

You don’t need fancy acrobatics and you don’t have to learn to do splits. This isn’t about competition or supernatural practices; this is about staying alive. Let us teach you the easiest and most effective way to keep yourself safe in a REAL crisis situation!

Our real-world training will help you defend yourself:
- Against mugging, armed assault, rape, and multiple aggressors
- In situations involving firearms, knives, sticks and bats
- In crisis situations like carjacking, hostage taking, and conflicts on board airliners
- During active shooter situations or mass knifing attacks.
What these programs are NOT:
- NO to dozens of kata to remember and endlessly repeat
- NO to acrobatic or flowery kicks or techniques
- NO hard-to-remember techniques
- NO meditation or metaphysical dogma
- NO long sit-up or push-up sessions. You will improve your fitness, but this is not an exercise class: It’s Krav Maga!
- NO telling you that you are out of shape, old, too young or inexperienced.
We also offer private instruction on and off-premises, and specialized classes are available for law enforcement, private security, women and special needs students.

Please wear comfortable gym clothing, sweats, t-shirts and soft-soled shoes like sneakers (no crocs or sandals). Mat shoes will be required upon registration (or bare feet if no proper footwear).
Anyone with long hair, please have your hair up.
Avoid clothing that’s too binding or with thin straps. No tank tops or bare midriff. A plain t-shirt is the best choice until an AIKMO uniform is purchased. We also ask that you please remove your jewelry before class.
